The brokerage
Knockworthy is an assumed name (DBA) of Hampson Properties LLC, a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. TREC Broker License #9008072. Every search is led by a real estate agent licensed in Texas and sponsored by Hampson Properties LLC.

How we are paid
Renters never pay us. Participating apartment communities pay Knockworthy a referral fee from their marketing budget when a renter we referred signs a lease and names Knockworthy as their referral source. That is the whole business. Naming us on your application is how the community knows to pay us; we will ask you to, and we appreciate it when you do.
The fee comes from the community, not from your rent. We do not accept payment from renters, and we do not rank or recommend a community by what it pays. If two communities fit you and one pays us nothing, it stays on your Game Plan.
Property information
Rent, fees, specials, availability and policies are set by each community and change without notice. Every figure we give you carries the date we checked it and is an estimate until the community confirms it in your lease. We never promise an approval; each community decides under its own criteria.
