We find the offers that fit your search, confirm the terms with the property, and show what each one does to your real monthly cost — on your Game Plan, with the date we checked.

Spread the discount over the whole lease and compare that number, not the headline. This is arithmetic, not a quote from any community.

Before you count on a special
Up front or spread out
A month free can arrive as a free first month or as a smaller rent every month. The total is the same; your cash flow is not.
What happens at renewal
The special ends. We ask what similar units have renewed at, and label the answer as the property’s statement.
Confirmed, in writing
A special that is not on the lease or an addendum is not a special. We confirm before it goes on your Game Plan, and you confirm again when you sign.
Dated, every time
Every number on your Game Plan carries the date it was checked. Offers change; the date tells you how much to trust the number.
Never the only reason
A concession makes a good fit cheaper. It does not make a bad fit good. The honest tradeoff sits next to every price.
